TRS announced that as of October 22, 2025, the company has cumulatively repurchased 9.9611 million shares through a dedicated securities account for share repurchase via centralized bidding, accounting for 0.70% of the company's current total share capital, with a highest transaction price of 5.52 yuan/share and a lowest transaction price of 4.68 yuan/share, totaling a transaction amount of 50.097 million yuan. The amount repurchased by the company has reached the lower limit of the repurchase amount in the repurchase plan, and this repurchase plan has been completed. The repurchased shares are intended for implementing equity incentives or employee stock ownership plans
