According to Zhitong Finance APP, CHERY AUTO (09973) rose over 4% in the afternoon, and as of the time of writing, it is up 3.01%, priced at HKD 32.14, with a transaction volume of HKD 111 million.

On the news front, on October 18, CHERY AUTO announced at the 2025 CHERY Global Innovation Conference that it has achieved a technological breakthrough in the solid-state battery full industry chain and showcased the Rhino S all-solid-state battery module. After installation, the electric vehicle's overall range will be increased to 1200-1300 kilometers. It is reported that the Rhino S all-solid-state battery will complete its first batch of vehicle installation verification in 2027, achieving real vehicle mounting and performance testing, laying the foundation for mass production.
