# ST YATAI: The controlling shareholder pledged 2.69 million shares to supplement liquidity

\*ST YATAI announced that recently, the controlling shareholder Guangzhou Wanshun pledged 2.69 million shares to Beijing Songyuan Ark to supplement working capital, with the pledge start date being October 21, 2025. As of the announcement date, Guangzhou Wanshun has cumulatively pledged 6.04 million shares, accounting for 100% of its holdings and 1.87% of the company's total share capital. The cumulative pledged shares of Guangzhou Wanshun account for over 80% of its holdings in the company, but there is no risk of forced liquidation for the pledged shares. The financing balances corresponding to the pledged shares maturing within the next six months and one year are 8 million yuan and 38 million yuan, respectively, with repayment funds being self-raised
