# GPTY: Funds in some bank accounts of the holding subsidiary have been frozen

On October 23rd, GPTY announced that the funds in some bank accounts of its controlling subsidiary, Jinpu New Energy, have been frozen, with a total frozen amount of 22.4685 million yuan. The freezing of these bank account funds is due to a payment dispute between Jinpu New Energy and the contractor, as Jinpu New Energy failed to make the payment on time, leading the contractor to take legal preservation measures. The amount involved in this lawsuit is 57.56 million yuan. The aforementioned frozen bank accounts are not the company's main bank accounts, and the company has not guaranteed or assumed joint liability for the aforementioned debts. The freezing has not caused any substantial impact on the company's capital turnover and daily production and operation activities
