# Hite Control: Guo Mengrong has reduced his holdings by 3%

Hite Control announced that the controlling shareholder and actual controller Guo Mengrong reduced his holdings by 3,518,900 shares through centralized bidding from September 3 to September 18, 2025, at an average price of 14.4 yuan, accounting for 1.0000% of the company's total share capital; from September 16 to October 22, he reduced his holdings by 7,038,200 shares through block trading at an average price of 13.46 yuan, accounting for 2.0000%. In total, he reduced his holdings by 10,557,100 shares, accounting for 3.0000%, and the reduction plan has been completed, with his shareholding ratio dropping to 16.8769%
