# REALORD GROUP's wholly-owned subsidiary has been petitioned for liquidation, involving an unpaid amount of 12 million yuan

REALORD GROUP (01196.HK) announced that on October 22, Ms. Long Songmei submitted a winding-up petition against the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, REALORD International Finance, to the Hong Kong High Court, involving an unpaid second installment of HKD 12 million from a 2018 sales agreement. The hearing is scheduled for January 7, 2026.

The company believes that there may be disputes between REALORD International Finance and the petitioner regarding the matters that triggered the petition. The company has contacted the petitioner in hopes of amicably resolving the dispute
