# Dongfang Electronics: Subsidiary provides a guarantee of USD 390,000 for the overseas project of its subsidiary

Dongfang Electronics announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Haihua Power's wholly-owned subsidiary Dongfang Power Engineering Co., Ltd. has signed a contract for a project in Uzbekistan. Haihua Power is required to provide performance and advance payment guarantees for the project, totaling USD 390,498.66, with a term until October 31, 2026. This guarantee matter has been approved by the board of directors and does not require approval from the shareholders' meeting. Dongfang Power Engineering Co., Ltd. has a credit rating of AAA and is not a dishonest judgment debtor. After this guarantee, the company's external guarantee balance is 0, and the guarantee balance for subsidiaries is 3.5206 million yuan, accounting for 0.07% of net assets. The company has no overdue or irregular guarantee situations
