# HDCM: Provides joint liability guarantee for the financing of 360 million yuan for its wholly-owned subsidiary

HDCM announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary HDC Asset Management signed a 360 million yuan working capital loan contract with Hainan Bank, and the company provides joint liability guarantee for the loan. The company passed relevant guarantee limit proposals on April 28 and May 19, 2025, with a total guarantee limit not exceeding 8 billion yuan. As of the end of June 2025, HDC Asset Management had total assets of 7.824 billion yuan, with revenue of 268 million yuan and net profit of 18 million yuan from January to June 2025. After this guarantee, the guarantee balance of the company and its holding subsidiaries is 3.136 billion yuan, accounting for 60% of the most recent audited net assets, and the cumulative mortgaged and pledged assets will exceed 30% of total assets
