# RIZHAO PORT JR received an increase of 44 million H shares from its controlling shareholder RIZHAO PORT Co., Ltd

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, RIZHAO PORT JR (06117) announced that the company's board of directors was informed by its controlling shareholder RIZHAO PORT Co., Ltd. that to demonstrate confidence in the company's future development, on the date of this announcement, RIZHAO PORT Co., Ltd. acquired 44 million H shares of the company through block trading in the open market at an average price of approximately HKD 0.798 per share, with a total consideration of approximately HKD 35.11 million.

Following the increase in shareholding, RIZHAO PORT Co., Ltd. held a total of 884 million shares of the company on the date of this announcement, accounting for approximately 53.25% of the company's total issued share capital. Among them, RIZHAO PORT Co., Ltd. holds 840 million domestic shares, accounting for approximately 50.60% of the company's total issued share capital, and holds 44 million H shares, accounting for approximately 2.65% of the company's total issued share capital
