# SUNKWAN PPT will be delisted starting from October 27

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SUNKWAN PPT (06900) announced that on October 10, 2025, the company received a letter from the Stock Exchange, stating that the Listing Committee of the Stock Exchange determined that the company failed to meet the resumption guidance before the resumption deadline of October 1, 2025, and decided to cancel the company's listing status in accordance with Listing Rule 6.01A(1). The letter pointed out that unless the company applies for a review of the delisting decision under Chapter 2B of the Listing Rules, the listing status of the shares will be canceled starting from 9:00 AM on October 27, 2025.

After considering the facts and circumstances of the company, the company has no intention to apply for a review of the delisting decision under its rights in Chapter 2B of the Listing Rules
