# 全球多行業巨頭掀裁員潮 汽車業成裁員潮重災區

> 全球多個行業正經歷裁員潮，汽車行業尤為嚴重。雷諾集團計劃裁員 3000 人，福特汽車將在德國科隆工廠裁員 1000 人，採埃孚裁員 7600 人，博世計劃到 2030 年底削減約 1.3 萬個崗位。

目前，全球多個行業正迎來新一輪裁員潮。過去兩個月，全球汽車、製藥、航空、能源及消費品領域的多家頭部企業相繼公佈裁員計劃，規模從數千至數萬不等。汽車行業成為本輪裁員潮的重災區。法國媒體本月早些時候報道稱，雷諾集團計劃實施一項 “自願離職” 計劃，在全球範圍內裁員 3000 人。美國福特汽車公司 9 月宣佈，由於歐洲電動汽車市場需求疲軟，將於 2026 年初在其德國科隆工廠裁員 1000 人，首次涉及整車生產部門。供應鏈端同樣承壓明顯。德國汽車零部件巨頭採埃孚本月初宣佈裁員 7600 人；另一行業巨頭博世則計劃到 2030 年底進一步削減約 1.3 萬個崗位。
