# 紛美包裝首三季收益按年跌逾一成 料今年底前刊發去年全年業績

紛美包裝 (00468.HK) 公佈，預計 2024 年全年業績將於今年 12 月 31 日前刊發，惟須待完成與核數師協定的所有審核工作及解決所有未決事項。假設 2024 年全年業績於今年 12 月 31 日或之前刊發，則預計 2025 年中期業績將於明年 1 月 31 日或之前刊發。

為使公司股東及潛在投資者瞭解集團的業務營運及財務狀況，公司公佈截至今年 9 月底止首三季的未經審核業績，期內來自持績經營業務的收益為 14.1 億元人民幣 (下同)，按年跌 11.8%；相應公司權益擁有人應占溢利為 7,698.2 萬元，按年跌 51%。

公司股份已由今年 2 月 19 日起暫停買賣，並將維持暫停買賣直至另行通知。
