# GUOYUAN SECURITIES: Net profit in the first three quarters increased by 28.34% year-on-year

GUOYUAN SECURITIES announced that it released its third quarter report for 2025, achieving operating income of 1.575 billion yuan in the third quarter, a year-on-year increase of 2.22%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 610 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 7.08%. In the first three quarters, it achieved operating income of 4.971 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 26.20%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 2.015 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 28.34%. The growth in performance was mainly due to the year-on-year increase in the performance of wealth credit, securities investment trading, and investment banking business
