Recently, the global leader in vacuum pumps and exhaust treatment solutions—Edwards has settled in Optics Valley and will build a semiconductor vacuum pump remanufacturing base in Wuhan Future Technology City, further improving the regional semiconductor industry chain. It is understood that Edwards has signed a factory leasing agreement with Optics Valley and will soon start construction, expected to be put into use in the second quarter of 2026.
