# WHEE: Plans to invest 692 million yuan to build the WHEE Science and Technology Innovation Center

Hua Guang Huan Neng announced plans to invest 692 million yuan to construct the Hua Guang Huan Neng Science and Technology Innovation Center. The project will be invested in, constructed, and operated by Hua Guang Huan Neng's wholly-owned subsidiary, Hua Guang Ke Chuang. Hua Guang Ke Chuang currently has a registered capital of 20 million yuan, and this time plans to increase its capital by 130 million yuan, resulting in a registered capital of 150 million yuan after the increase. The project covers an area of 44,734.5 square meters, with a total construction area of 69,354.01 square meters, and is expected to have a construction period of 24 months, with plans to start in December 2025. Of the total project investment, 20% will be funded by Hua Guang Huan Neng, while 80% is planned to be financed through banks
