# JINTAI ENERGY H: Bai Jie has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee

According to the announcement from JINTAI ENERGY H (02728), Mr. Jiang Hao has resigned as an independent non-executive director, effective October 28, 2025, due to the need to devote more time to his other business commitments. Consequently, Mr. Jiang Hao will also cease to be a member of the company's audit committee, nomination committee, and remuneration committee from the same date.

Following Mr. Jiang Hao's resignation from the audit committee, independent non-executive director Ms. Bai Jie has been appointed as a member of the audit committee to replace Mr. Jiang Hao, effective October 28, 2025
