# Tatfook Technology: Plans to list and sell 49% equity in Ulanqab City Dasheng Graphite New Materials Co., Ltd

Tatfook Technology announced that the company held a board meeting on October 27, 2025, and approved the proposal regarding the intended public listing for the sale of 49% equity in Ulanqab Dasheng Graphite New Materials Co., Ltd. The company holds a 49% equity stake in Dasheng Graphite, and due to the underperformance of Dasheng Graphite, it plans to publicly transfer this equity through a provincial-level or higher property trading institution. The listing price will not be lower than the assessed value, and the final transaction price will be based on the results of the public bidding in the property market. This transaction still requires approval from the competent state-owned asset supervision and administration authority. After the transaction is completed, the company will no longer hold equity in Dasheng Graphite
