BROAD-OCEAN MOTOR announced that as of October 27, 2025, the company has repurchased a total of 16.0807 million shares through a dedicated repurchase securities account via centralized bidding, accounting for 0.66% of the company's total share capital, with a total transaction amount of 130 million yuan. The amount spent on repurchased shares has reached the lower limit of the total repurchase amount specified in the repurchase plan and has not exceeded the upper limit of the total repurchase amount. The repurchase price has not exceeded the upper limit of the repurchase price stipulated in the repurchase plan, in line with the company's established repurchase plan. This repurchase plan has been completed
