# Overview of A-share Stock Buybacks: 26 Companies Disclose Buyback Progress Today

According to Wind data, on October 30, 26 companies announced a total of 27 stock repurchase-related updates. Among them, 16 companies disclosed stock repurchase plans for the first time, 2 companies' repurchase plans were approved by the shareholders' meeting, 2 companies disclosed the progress of stock repurchase implementation, and 6 companies' repurchase plans have been fully implemented. From the perspective of first-time disclosure of repurchase plans, a total of 6 companies had repurchase plan amounts exceeding 10 million yuan on that day. Hoymiles, SANLUX, and MSJK had the highest repurchase plan amounts, intending to repurchase no more than 200 million yuan, 60 million yuan, and 50.544 million yuan, respectively. In terms of repurchase plans approved by the shareholders' meeting, Dayu Biology and New Weiling had the highest repurchase amounts, intending to repurchase no more than 5.596 million yuan and 20,200 yuan, respectively. Regarding the progress of repurchase implementation, Guyue Longshan and Jiayi Co., Ltd. had the highest repurchase amounts, repurchasing 186 million yuan and 99.0246 million yuan, respectively. As for completed repurchases, 5 companies had repurchase amounts exceeding 10 million yuan on that day. Huafa Co., Ltd., Digital China, and Ruoyuchen had the highest completed repurchase amounts, repurchasing 310 million yuan, 203 million yuan, and 200 million yuan, respectively. As of October 30, a total of 1,711 repurchase plans have been completed this year, involving 1,281 companies, of which 330 companies have completed repurchase amounts exceeding 100 million yuan. Among them, Kweichow Moutai, Muyuan Foods, and COSCO Shipping Holdings had the highest repurchase amounts, having completed repurchases of 6 billion yuan, 3 billion yuan, and 2.146 billion yuan, respectively
