# Canature Health: Plans to acquire part of the subsidiaries of YuanNeng Group to strengthen investment layout in the cell industry

Canature Health announced that on October 30, the company signed a "Share Acquisition Framework Agreement" with Original Energy Cell Technology Group Co., Ltd. and Original Energy Cell Industry Development Co., Ltd. The company intends to acquire all equity and assets of Original Tian Biological, Jiyuan Beauty, Kele Cat, and Lishui Dongxin, which are related to its business, in cash, to strengthen Canature Health's investment layout in the cell industry, thereby creating the cell industry as the company's second growth curve. After the acquisition is completed, Original Energy Group will still retain its core park assets, cell storage business, and cell deployment business. In addition, Original Energy Group will also undertake the development and industrialization project of the "Cell Automated Manufacturing Factory" as required by a certain national ministry. As of now, the company holds a 43.70% stake in Original Energy Group and will continue to support the development of related industries
