CMET announced that as of October 22, 2025, the company has repurchased a total of 25,242,402 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.3701% of the total share capital, with a total payment amount of 310 million yuan. The company completed the cancellation procedures for the above shares on October 30, changing the total share capital from 6,820,337,394 shares to 6,795,094,992 shares. Subsequently, the company will amend the relevant provisions of the Articles of Association and handle matters such as business registration changes and filings
