# TIMES UNI GP: RSM has been appointed as the new auditor

According to the announcement from TIMES UNI GP (02310), KPMG (Hong Kong) Limited has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from October 30, 2025.

The board, based on the recommendation of the audit committee, has decided to appoint RSM (Hong Kong) Limited as the company's auditor, effective from October 30, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy left by KPMG's resignation, with a term ending at the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting
