# EWPT: Adjusted the upper limit of the share repurchase price to 50 yuan/share

EWPT announced that, in light of the recent continuous rise in the company's stock price above the original repurchase price ceiling of 35 yuan per share, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the repurchase plan, the company has decided to adjust the repurchase price ceiling to 50 yuan per share. This adjustment will take effect from October 31, 2025
