# YONGTAI TECH.: Completed the repurchase and cancellation of 273,200 shares of stock

YONGTAI TECH announced that the number of restricted stocks repurchased and canceled this time is 273,200 shares, accounting for 0.03% of the company's total share capital before the repurchase and cancellation. A total of 302 individuals participated in this repurchase of restricted stocks, with a total amount of funds for the repurchase being 1.1746 million yuan, and the repurchase price set at 4.3 yuan/share, consistent with the grant price. Among them, the number of restricted stocks repurchased and canceled due to the company's performance assessment not fully meeting the release conditions for the first release period of the 2024 restricted stock incentive plan is 153,200 shares, while the number of restricted stocks repurchased and canceled due to personal reasons that no longer qualify for release is 120,000 shares
