# YIBIN BANK appoints Guo Hua as president

According to the announcement from YIBIN BANK (02596), the board of directors has announced that Ms. Jiang Lin has submitted her resignation to the board, citing personal reasons for stepping down from her positions as executive director and president of the bank. In accordance with relevant laws and regulations and the bank's articles of association, Ms. Jiang's resignation will take effect on October 30, 2025, and she will no longer perform the duties of president or be nominated as an executive director.

The board of directors will review and approve on October 30, 2025: (1) the appointment of Mr. Guo Hua as the president of the bank, while also recommending Mr. Guo for the position of executive director; (2) the recommendation of Mr. Liu Kelin as a non-executive director of the bank
