JINGXIN announced that as of October 31, 2025, the company will repurchase 47.2713 million shares through a dedicated securities account for share repurchase via centralized bidding, accounting for 5.49% of the company's current total share capital. The highest transaction price for the repurchased shares was 14.41 yuan/share, the lowest transaction price was 11.86 yuan/share, and the total transaction amount was 609 million yuan
