# Bright Real Estate: The total amount of corporate bonds does not exceed 1.1 billion yuan and has received no objections

Bright Real Estate announced that the company has received a letter from the Shanghai Stock Exchange regarding the "No Objection Letter for the Non-Public Issuance of Corporate Bonds by Bright Real Estate Group Co., Ltd." The company is authorized to non-publicly issue corporate bonds totaling no more than 1.1 billion yuan to professional investors, underwritten by Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd. and CITIC Securities Co., Ltd. This bond will be issued in installments, and the company will organize the issuance within 12 months from the date of this letter, in accordance with the relevant documents submitted to the Shanghai Stock Exchange. This letter is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance
