# 華檢醫療收購國富量子 20.31% 股權協議失效

> 華檢醫療宣佈，收購國富量子 20.31% 股權的協議因未能在截止日期前滿足某些先決條件而失效，交易金額為 31.42 億元。同時，華檢醫療決定暫不申請股東授權進行潛在的加密貨幣收購，理由是需要更多時間在臨時股東大會上獲得具體授權。

華檢醫療 (01931.HK) 公佈，有關建議以代價 31.42 億元，向柳志偉博士、AI International Capital 及 Caitex Technology 收購國富量子 (00290.HK) 20.31% 股權之協議已失效，原因是協議項下若干先決條件未能於最後截止日期 (即 10 月 31 日) 前獲履行或豁免。

同時，決議暫不進行申請股東授權進行潛在收購加密貨幣 (上限 30 億元)，理由是需要額外時間於臨時股東大會上批准潛在收購的具體授權。
