奧翔藥業公告稱，公司於 2025 年 1 月 24 日通過回購股份議案，擬用 5000 萬元-1 億元自有或自籌資金回購股份，用於股權激勵和/或員工持股計劃，回購期限至 2026 年 1 月 23 日。因 2024 年年度權益分派，回購價格上限自 2025 年 7 月 17 日起調整為不超 13.90 元/股。截至 2025 年 10 月 31 日，公司累計回購股份 520.12 萬股，佔總股本 0.63%，支付總金額 5000.60 萬元，成交價格 7.52 元/股-11.39 元/股。10 月未實施回購。
