# Hunan Silver: As of the end of October, repurchased shares amounting to nearly 92.6 million yuan

Hunan Silver announced that the company plans to repurchase shares using HKD 92.6006 million to HKD 123.2406 million through centralized bidding for the restricted stock incentive plan, with a repurchase price not exceeding HKD 8 per share, and the period not exceeding 12 months. As of October 31, 2025, a total of 17.55 million shares have been repurchased, accounting for approximately 0.62% of the total share capital, with a highest transaction price of HKD 6.74 per share, a lowest transaction price of HKD 4.47 per share, and a total transaction amount of HKD 92.6006 million, in compliance with the plan and regulatory requirements. The repurchase will continue to be implemented and disclosed in accordance with regulations
