According to the Zhitong Finance APP, WANGNENG (002034.SZ) announced that as of October 31, 2025, the company has repurchased a total of 9.7922 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 2.26% of the company's current total share capital, with a total transaction amount of 157 million yuan (excluding transaction fees, etc.)
