克萊特公告，持股 5% 以上股東中核產業基金管理有限公司－融核產業發展基金合夥企業及深圳市中廣核匯聯二號新能源股權投資合夥企業擬通過集中競價方式分別減持不超過 58.72 萬股、88.08 萬股，減持比例分別不超過公司總股本的 0.80% 和 1.20%。融核產業發展基金合夥企業的減持期限為本公告披露之日起 15 個交易日後的 3 個月內；中廣核匯聯二號新能源的減持期限為本公告披露之日起 30 個交易日後的 3 個月內。
