# PALM: As of the end of October, repurchased shares worth 34.5297 million yuan, accounting for 0.81% of the total share capital

PALM announced that the company will repurchase shares through a repurchase plan on August 5, 2024, with a repurchase fund of 50 million to 100 million yuan, at a price not exceeding 2.37 yuan per share, for cancellation and equity incentives. In July 2025, it was decided to extend the repurchase period to November 4. As of October 31, the company has repurchased 14.6107 million shares, accounting for 0.81% of the total share capital, with a highest transaction price of 2.37 yuan per share and a lowest of 2.31 yuan per share, with a total repurchase amount of 34.5297 million yuan, funded by its own funds, in compliance with relevant regulations
