# Disney continues negotiations with YouTube TV to restore ABC and ESPN channels

Disney (DIS.US) stated on Friday that it is continuing negotiations with Google’s YouTube TV service to restore the broadcast of ABC and ESPN channels, which were previously suspended due to unsuccessful negotiations over pay-TV licensing.

Disney pointed out that it submitted a proposal to YouTube TV on Monday to restore the live services of ABC and ESPN, hoping to provide live ABC coverage on election day.

Disney's co-chairmen of entertainment, Dana Walden and Alan Bergman, stated in a memo to employees that YouTube TV continues to insist on discount terms below market standards and has made almost no concessions
