# DL HOLDINGS GP issues a profit warning, expecting mid-term net profit of approximately HKD 180 million to HKD 220 million, an increase of over 2,000% year-on-year

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, DL HOLDINGS GP (01709) announced that it expects the group to achieve a net profit of approximately HKD 180 million to HKD 220 million for the six months ending September 30, 2025, while for the six months ending September 30, 2024, it achieved a net profit of approximately HKD 7.7 million, an increase of over 2,000%.

The board believes that the significant increase is mainly due to the combined effects of the following: fair value gains on financial assets measured at fair value through profit or loss during the period; fair value gains on investments in associates during the period; and a substantial increase in contributions from family office business during the period
