# The "Hong Kong Building" New World Yuen Long South Phase 1 project has completed the supplementary land premium and will provide approximately 700 units

New World Development (00017.HK) has completed the land premium for the Yuen Long South Phase 1 project in cooperation with China Resources Land and will commence construction within this year, providing approximately 700 units.

A spokesperson stated that the group has a land reserve of 15 million square feet, with many located in prime areas within the Northern Metropolis. The group will continue to accelerate the release of agricultural land value and capital recovery through various means, and will actively introduce strategic partners to further enhance overall development potential
