# KUAISHOU released a special data report on people's livelihood: Those born in the 70s and 80s are the main force in purchasing livelihood goods

KUAISHOU released the "2025 KUAISHOU E-commerce Rural Revitalization Plan: Livelihood Special Data Report." The report shows that from January to September this year, the GMV (Gross Merchandise Volume) of livelihood goods increased by over 20% year-on-year, and the number of active products also grew by over 20% year-on-year. During the Double 11 shopping festival, categories related to livelihood, such as rice and flour, performed even better. According to KUAISHOU E-commerce data, the GMV of the flour category increased by 26% compared to last year's Double 11, while the GMV of the noodle category grew by 66% year-on-year
