# Car stocks collectively declined, with Nio dropping nearly 6% and XPeng turning around to fall over 2% | Hong Kong stock market movements

The performance of car stocks today (12th) was mixed. Nio (9866) once fell nearly 6%, hitting a low of HKD 51.75, and is currently reported at HKD 52.4, down 4.6%, with a transaction volume of HKD 61.8 million.

In other automotive stocks, XPeng (9868) once reached a high of HKD 110.8, then turned downwards, currently reported at HKD 105.9, down 2.4%, with a transaction volume of HKD 1.417 billion. BYD (1211) fell 1%, Leapmotor (9863) fell 0.4%, Geely (0175) fell 0.3%, and Li Auto (2015) rose 0.8%.
