# DOMAINE POWER acquires 5.56% of the virtual asset trading platform from the chairman for a consideration of 100 million

DOMAINE POWER (00442.HK) announced the acquisition of approximately 5.56% of the equity of the virtual asset trading platform (VATP) - VAX from its controlling shareholder and chairman Su Shuhui for a consideration of HKD 100 million, including HKD 24 million in cash; the remaining HKD 76 million will be paid through the issuance of three-year zero-coupon convertible bonds, with a conversion price of HKD 2.5, representing a premium of 190.7% over today's (12th) closing price; the newly convertible shares will account for 14.97% of the enlarged capital
