ALPHA PRO HLDGS (00948.HK) announced a placement of 28 million shares on a pre-existing basis, equivalent to 7.42% of the enlarged share capital; the placement price is HKD 0.24, representing a discount of 7.69% to today's (12th) closing price. The total amount raised is HKD 6.72 million, with a net amount of HKD 6.29 million intended for the expansion of the group's dairy product business
