# PT INTL DEV completes share transfer, with the chairman holding nearly 51% and continuing as the controlling shareholder

PT INTL DEV (00372.HK) announced that it completed the share transfer yesterday (12th), and the company's executive director and chairman Cheng Minjun remains the controlling shareholder.

According to the share transfer, Cheng Minjun and Champion Choice each transferred their respective equity to Marching Great, with a nominal consideration of HKD 1 each. Marching Great is 100% beneficially owned by Cheng Minjun.

Upon completion of the share transfer, Cheng Minjun will continue to hold rights to approximately 154 million shares through Marching Great, representing about 50.83% of the company's issued share capital
