SHUNTEN INTL (00932.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a loss of between HKD 8 million and HKD 13 million for the six months ending in September, compared to a loss of HKD 4.3 million in the same period last year. The increase in expected losses is mainly due to higher sales and distribution expenses; increased cost of sales; higher rent for specially designated counters located in well-known retail chain distributor stores; and a decrease in fair value losses on investment properties during the period
