ZGC TEC LEASING (01601.HK) announced the acquisition of the remaining 61% of Beijing Zhongnuo Tongchuang Investment Fund Management to become wholly owned, at a cost of RMB 4.98 million. Upon completion, the company's capital burden will be RMB 3.66 million
