# MicroPort Neuro appoints Zhang Jie as chairman

MicroPort Neuro (02172.HK) announced that due to the need to allocate more time to other businesses, Chang Zhaohua has resigned as a non-executive director and chairman of the board, and Sun Qingwei has also resigned as a non-executive director, effective from November 14.

The board announced the appointment of Zhang Jie, the current Chief Technology Officer of MicroPort Medical (00853.HK) for Greater China, as a non-executive director and chairman of the board, and Liu Xudong as a non-executive director, effective from the same date
