# Boeing expects a significant increase in the delivery volume of the Patriot missile defense system

Boeing (BA.US) stated that due to strong market demand for the Patriot missile defense system, it expects the delivery volume of Patriot missile guidance heads to double.

Boeing mentioned that it has built a 40,000 square foot facility to help increase production. At the same time, after the end of the workers' strike at the Missouri plant, the company is taking a very cautious approach to reopen the production lines affected by the strike
