# BAIJIN LIFE SCI and Youhuan Bio signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement

BAIJIN LIFE SCI (01466.HK) announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Beijing Baijin has signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Youhuan Bio. Beijing Baijin will invest in Youhuan Bio by subscribing to its equity, aiming to create a globally leading circular RNA (circ RNA) technology research and development platform and leverage this platform to deepen technological innovation in the field of cell therapy.

The contracting parties have not yet determined the actual timing and amount of the related investment. The cooperation framework agreement will expire on December 31, 2026, and either party may terminate the cooperation framework agreement early by giving 10 days' notice to the other party
