# SFCE was ordered to be liquidated by the High Court

SFCE (01165.HK) announced that on November 19, the company was ordered to be liquidated by the High Court, and the Director of the Bankruptcy Management Office was appointed as the company's provisional liquidator. According to Hong Kong law, any disposition of the company's property made after the commencement of liquidation (i.e., the day the liquidation petition is filed), as well as any transfer of shares or any changes in the status of company members, shall be invalid unless the court orders otherwise.

On February 13 of this year, True Bold Global Limited (the petitioner) submitted a liquidation petition against the company to the Hong Kong High Court, involving financial obligations of approximately HKD 289 million
