HK ROBOTICS (00370.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a loss of approximately HKD 59 million for the six months ending in September, compared to a loss of HKD 32.7 million in the same period last year. The increase in loss is mainly due to share-based payment expenses of approximately HKD 17.6 million and a net loss from the sale of subsidiaries of approximately HKD 4.7 million
