# "Profit Alert" Reliance Global Holdings forecasts a half-year profit of up to 5 million

RELIANCE GLO HL (00723.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a net profit of no more than HKD 3 million for the six months ending in September, with profit attributable to shareholders not exceeding HKD 5 million, compared to a loss of HKD 12 million and HKD 8.9 million in the same period last year. The turnaround from loss to profit is mainly due to the net gains from the fair value of financial assets and the net gains from the sale of financial assets measured at fair value
