description: "Bank of America released a research report stating that after the third quarter performance release of NetEase-S, a conference call was held with NetEase Group Vice President Bill Pang and the investor relations team. Following the call, they became more optimistic about the user engagement and profit potential of \"ANANTA,\" now expecting an annual revenue of up to 10 billion RMB after its launch. The bank raised its adjusted earnings per share forecast for NetEase for 2025-2027 by 0-4% to reflect the performance contribution from \"ANANTA\" after its launch, while offsetting the slightly higher sales and marketing expenses impact. Therefore, it reiterated NetEase's \"Buy\" rating and target price of HKD 259. The bank pointed out that the official launch of the game may still take several quarters, with the earliest expected at the end of the third quarter of 2026. Bank of America expects that in the next 6-9 months, NetEase's existing evergreen games, along with Blizzard's new game \"Diablo IV,\" will support the group's revenue growth, which is expected to increase by 8% in 2026. Subsequently, \"ANANTA\" and \"Sea of Remnants\" will contribute to performance. In addition, NetEase's remaining USD 3 billion repurchase plan is expected to provide downside support for the stock price"
